Classes
You can now register for any class right here on our website. If you find a class you like, just click on reserve your seat to purchase. You can still register by coming into the shop. Patterns are required for every attendee of a class using a pattern.
Classes are non-refundable. Depending on circumstances, classes may be able to be rescheduled, but no refunds will be given after registration. If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund of the class fee that you paid. Classes with less than 3 people registered may be rescheduled or canceled.

Mystery Quilt Block of the Month 2024-2025
Welcome to the Mystery Block of the Month. This block of the month program will run 12 months; October 2024 to September 2025. Second Saturday of each month at 8 am. 9 am time slot is full. Registration covers the cost of the pattern and the extra fabric you'll receive for finishing your quilt. Each month is $12 and you can save $2 per month if you bring in your finished block(s) from the previous month. Most months you'll make multiple of the same block. The quilt is a surprise until the end, but we have two color options for you to choose from. And if you register for the block of the month, you get 10% off your purchase each time you come to our Saturday morning meeting.
At registration, you'll need to decide which color option you want to do. Final Quilt will measure 91" x 91". We will have our first meeting Saturday, October 12th at 8 am and at 9 am.
Framed Heart Table Topper

In this class you will learn how to make these two cute blocks that work together in this fun Valentine's inspired wall hanging. So grab a pattern, pick your fabric, and join Amy for this fun class!
City Bags: Downtown
Saturday, January 18th from 10-3 pm
Instructor: Shelley Taylor
Let's learn how to make the City Bags Downtown! This is a great class for anyone wanting to make a bag! If the Poppins Bag is intimidating then try this one out! It looks very similar to the Mini Poppins, but is less intense and overall an easier project. There will be some prep work involved before coming to class.

Quilted Sneakers
Friday, January 31st from 10 am to 4 pm
Instructors: Whytnee Binggeli and Kendyl Pinnock
This 6-hour class will take you through all the steps to help you make you your very own pair of quilted sneakers. You will provide your own fabric, stabilizer, soft & stable, and shoelaces.
Supplies Needed: We used three fat quarters (sides, tongue and inside) and for the patchwork shoes we used a charm pack, two fat quarters and the easy piecing grid by Ten Sisters. You will also use soft and stable in all shoes. You will use SF101 (fusible woven stabilizer) for the non-patchwork shoes. Stiletto or awl REQUIRED.
Sneaker Kit included in the class fee.
Please register early! Registration will close December 30th for the January class. Please discuss shoe sizes with a member of our team so that we can get you the best fit possible. Sneaker kits cannot be exchanged or returned.
Camden Bag
Two Hour Prep Class - February 6th 4-6pm
Class - Saturday, February 22nd 10-2pm
Beautiful zigzag stitched bags. No shaping required! Made from a rectangle for the sides and an oval for the bottom. We've got a two hour prep class showing you how to turn your jelly roll strips into tubes. Then you'll have a couple weeks to finish the prep work to come to the class on Saturday, February 22nd.
Rainbow Sunshine Mini Quilt

A fun ray of sunshine for any cloudy day. This mini quilt/pillow PDF pattern will brighten any room. The mini quilt finishes at 20” square. Utilizing- quilt as you go, turned edge applique, raw edge applique and embroidery, this pattern keeps things interesting.
All The Things Tote

A simple tote bag perfect to carry anything and everything on your next road trip, beach trip, grocery store outing and more! Features a large opening with two end panel pockets.
Use decorative webbing or make your own handles with your favorite fabric. Pattern includes three sizes.
Kimberbell Event: Easter Tier Tray
Friday & Saturday: February 28th and March 1st
Friday 10 am to 5 pm Saturday 10 am to 4 pm
Instructors: Whytnee Binggeli and Kendyl Pinnock
Create a stunning Easter display with eight dimensional projects and a beautiful (included) tier tray! Your kit includes everything needed to create four additional projects after the event! This is a machine embroidery event, you may bring your machine or rent one for $15 for the two days. Some projects will need to be finished at home. Class fee includes pre-cut kit, instruction, and lunch. Stabilizers and thread are additional costs.
Little Poppins Bag Class
Wednesday, March 12th from 10 am to 6 pm
Instructor: Shelley Taylor
This is an absolutely adorable bag and Shelley is an experience teacher ready to help you finish this bag. There is prep work required before attending the class. And there is hand sewing that cannot be done by machine.
Fabric Carrots
Thursday, March 13th 10-12pm

These adorable fabric carrots can be used in so many ways. Add carrots to dough bowl, tiered trays, banners, or garlands. There are so many ways to use these fun carrots to add a bit of spring to your decor.
It is a day of carrots, join us for the Carrot Trio Mini Quilt on the same day.
Carrot Trio - FPP

Foundation Paper Piecing is a wonderful method to achieve sharp points and even seams. This class will walk you through all the steps for successful foundation paper piecing as we sew up this darling Carrot Trio mini quilt/ pillow. This project is very beginner friendly so don’t worry if you don’t know how to FPP.
Bag Making Open Sew
Saturday, March 15th from 10 am to 4 pm

Are you stuck on making a bag? Maybe you want to start one and haven't been able to take a class? This is the perfect time to come and work on those bags and get help from Shelley Taylor. She has made hundreds, maybe a 1000 or more bags! Join our Bag Making Open Sew and work on your bags and ask Shelley any questions you may have.
Bring a lunch and a snack to share and it will be a fun, sewing-filled Saturday!
Introduction to Ruler Quilting
Saturday, March 29th 9 am to 4 pm with lunch break
Instructor: Kathy Bruckman
In this class we will learn to use the 12” arc, and the
bloom template. We will learn the basics
of quilting with rulers, and how to get precise quilting with using them. This class is a fun educational class. We
will learn a quilt as you go technique as well as how to handle a larger quilt.
A ruler kit is required for this class and it includes 2 rulers, a ruler foot, and a book with designs and directions for $65 plus tax.
