Processing Times

The Quilter's Crossing order processing time is 1 business day. Orders will ship same day or next day not including weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Orders under 3 yards are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Orders 3 yards or more will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

Please be aware that First Class shipping does NOT include insurance, so if your package becomes damaged or lost, you have no recourse with the post office. If you opt for USPS Priority Mail and for some reason your package was damaged or lost, the buyer will have to file a claim with the post office for compensation. If a package was scanned delivered by the post office but not received by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for contacting the post office to try to locate or find out what happened to the package. 

The Quilter's Crossing will not be accountable once the package was delivered to and scanned by the post office.

Lost or Returned Packages

If your package was lost in transit and it was shipped USPS Priority Mail, there is a small waiting period of time from the shipping day that must pass before we can move forward with an insurance claim. No refunds will be given before that time.

The Quilter's Crossing will not refund shipping charges should your package be returned to us. To have your package shipped out again you will need to pay the shipping fee again, as well as the return fee charged by USPS or UPS, if there was one.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are difficult because of the fast processing and shipping goals of our shop. Most orders are processed same day, even if your shipping label notification isn't sent until later in the day or the following day. If a cancellation is possible, a $3.50 cancellation fee will be held from your refund to cover the time to process the cancellation, refund, and adjust our inventory.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns.
